Iā€™m currently running about 300 test per week and 70 mg tren ace per day. Up until about 2 weeks ago i was running 50 ed. I noticed since bumping up the tren acne has increased and starting to get a little lethargy and diminished cardio output but that also might be the toll being sick took on me. Also been tormented by old painful memories alot but that also may be the brain coming back after months and months of no booze. Upon looking closely at what I eat every day I determined Iā€™m almost always in a defecit since starting IF which must explain why Iā€™m looking better so much faster than getting stronger. BP sides have been non existent since last blood donation and starting the cialis.
 
I rocked out a high rep low rest chest workout today. I got 3 sets of 3 with 275 on bench, and 3 sets of 10 and 1 of 6 on 225. Also did incline dumnells, ohp lots of lifts i was in the zone. Pics speak for themselves. Getting pretty cut and new veins on shoulders. Shrugging the 100s for 15+ reps.

I used cialis today. I use test susp tren base or double base depending too. They all seem to give a great workout with the pump and motivation and painless pin from the test susp being my favorite.
 
I think im gonna wrap up this log post due to lack of interest in it. I thought itā€™d be nice to do one for gc to see what a regular guy going from low t to geared could do but it seems thereā€™s details im missing that people want to see. Keep on posting brother. People may not follow my log, and thats okay, I don't do it for them. I do it for me, so I can track my progress and get some feedback whenever its offered up. I know its hard to get things like bloods done and posting those things up, especially if you are balling on a budget. You've made some considerable improvements my man and I enjoy looking at your log to see what you've done. It gives me hope and inspiration man. I say you keep on doing it.

I was looking at picking up some Cialis but I think I'll hold off. You use the double base, is that with Tren/Test?

I will post bloods after I heal from the flu completely as instructed. I still have a lingering cough. My workout today was getting lost in a canoe in gator infested waters in the middle of nowhere and im sorer than ever. Iā€™m never going canoeing again fuck that shit. I may do another log in the future when I get my diet organized and can post all those details properly. And probably post it in the main log forum with a plug for gc.

Snake, your log is good stuff for sure. I'm not sure if you look at all the information or not but this log has almost 8,000 views. That's a very respectable number and I know I personally enjoy reading it and seeing your progress. If you don't want to do it anymore then don't do it but don't let it be because you think it's not a good log or whatever. People are obviously following along regardless of whether they post in the thread or not.

Looking at my old pics im kinda embarrassed. I still have abs and way stronger than before my last cycle but my shoulders disappeared šŸ˜• i went through some rough shit and coulda been worse having gone over a year natty, in and out of jail/hospital. I've been pumping out 100+ push-ups and crunches a day til gyms open back up, also working a physical labor job. Been feeling run down and decided to gear up again, started my old favorite combo test e and tren a around 200mg/wk each and man the ace kicks in fast. I like low doses and going for a strong and agile build. My appetite has already tripled. I could eat a fucking cow, raw.

Current weight 212
Occupation: warehouse and nightclub security

I'm stable again now, haven't had a drink of alcohol since January and I'm hoping i never pick any of it up again. I have a medical cannabis card now and use a vape pen that keeps me from melting and i don't drink or do drugs. Hbu? I'm a little touched ngl that so many people here remember me. Most of my rl acquaintances could give a shit. Does that weird dude with the dahmer pic still post here?

It's not about how many relapses we have..it's about what you learned from the experience and using it to push forward into the future. Congrats on the sobriety since January, I know the struggle all to well. Good luck man

I've gone from being apathetic towards food to eating like a shark. Belly is stuffed pretty full of chicken pork and eggplant here but this is where i am and looking to get shredded faster and harder than ever before.

Got to around 250 pushups yesterday, and throwing shit around on the job where I'd usually have been exhausted. I did some improvised lifts with a dolly and a forklift gas tank on break at work. Diet is currently pretty calorie heavy with lots of meat and fresh vegetables, tren makes me hungry in a primal, pick up a squirming fish and bite it kinda way. Weight is hovering around 215 with recomp effects already starting to show 6 days in.had to have been low af the way im responding. Running around 200mg/week test e and tren ace with daily pins of tren, and .5mg adex every other day. I just got home from hard work in a warehouse and where i would have been full of pain and fried, i feel like i could get a shower and go out and do something. Probably going to bang some more bw workout tonight

Yes sadly they are closed here in FL still. I'm gonna try to save up for my own weights but not looking promising with nightclubs all closed and only my crap warehouse job. I sure hope they cut all this lockdown horseshit asap... thankfully i know a thing or two about training without equipment from doing a little time. I already got a spot at my new house im gonna tie a sheet across two beams for pullups.
