Did pullups, pulldowns, back raises, rows, chin ups, crunches, curls, and 15 min hiit on elliptical today. Abs are becoming more obvious by the day. Donated blood yesterday, all systems at optimal pressure. Did multiple sets of pull ups going 8-6-5-3-3-2. When I first got back to the gym this past May I could barely do 1. The gym owner asked me what Iām using lol I said protein and he laughed.
