Did pullups, pulldowns, back raises, rows, chin ups, crunches, curls, and 15 min hiit on elliptical today. Abs are becoming more obvious by the day. Donated blood yesterday, all systems at optimal pressure. Did multiple sets of pull ups going 8-6-5-3-3-2. When I first got back to the gym this past May I could barely do 1. The gym owner asked me what Iā€™m using lol I said protein and he laughed.

Just got my cialis today. Nothing too special to note but it was legs and light sets and cardio today. 22 min hiit for 2.7 miles not too bad. Weight down to 227 this morning. I seem to have way less energy at the gym if I go earlier during my fasted state.
 
Did chest shoulders arms traps and lats today. Hit 7 reps on 255 for bench with several high rep sets to failure with 185. Hit the cables pec deck and dumbell inclines to further failure. Pumps were insane but nothing like Iā€™ve heard from the cialis canā€™t really tell a difference from just using suspension. Not noticing much different with it yet maybe boners are harder tough to say. Maybe it takes a few days?

The combo of Susp and Cialis make it hard to judge what is kicking in the most. For your next workout, take 5-7mg of Cialis 30-45 minutes prior to workout and hold off on the Susp.

226 this morning. Been doing more cardio plus the IF. I wonder how low I can go while still not sacrificing strength. Muscle seems to be staying put as I work away the fat. Still havenā€™t planned a good diet yet, but consistently high protein intake. My maintenance is 3000-3200 the thing says. So 5-7 would be like just around 1/4 the dropper? I didnā€™t really get any negative effects from the higher dose but if thatā€™s all u need ill make it last longer. Also...I got a fucking cold. Damn yankees bring it down every year. Itā€™s slowing me down but not stopping me.

If you are feeling sick no don't go workout...get some rest and drink plenty of fluids. I am just getting over a whopper of a cold myself, and still feel like shit but hoping I'll be well enough tomorrow to go smash some plates.

Well my bp and hematocrit are down which is great news per routine check at the blood donation place. Taking the fish oil and cialis ed. I will get bloods ordered tomorrow though. The biggest pain in the ass of it is printing the papers. I was feeling healthy until this flu set in. I think im over the worst of it now.
 
I would wait until your fully healed from the flu before getting bloodwork.

When I look at my bloodwork , my main focus is on my lipids,hematocrit, E2 and kidneys. While liver function is important, this organ is resilient in its recovery ability. If you were running orals then I would pay more attention to it. I would recommend that you get bloodwork on an off day from the gym and make sure your fully recovered from the flu. Once you get your results, black out all your personal data and post up the data. There are many vets who will chime in with their wisdom.

Will do man. Iā€™m nearly 100% today just coughing out the remaining gunk. I watched a enhanced athlete video where coach trevor was talking about gh helping fight off sickness so I pinned 4 iu last night, filled up on whey eggs and milk and went to bed. I woke up feeling pretty good and freely expelling the shit that had formerly been like cement in my windpipe. So anyone reading this if u get sick and u got gh pin it.

225 lbs after some recovery from the flu. Wondering if the IF weakened me to gdt sick. Did a light chest day today nothing above 225 pumps are beautiful. Easing back into it and i still have my abs after Thanksgiving:)

I typically train 5 times a week alternating high reps and high weights.

Get it in brother! Today is rest day for me. I train 6 days a week. I am slowly beginning to feel this Tren kick in and now I see why people love this stuff. Back to training a single body part each day in the gym now. Starting to be able to put up more reps at higher weights too.

I did leg presses pull-ups pull downs, curls, shoulder presses, hammer curls, pec deck, crunches and back raises all in sets of 3, 10-20 reps per set. Strength has taken a hit from the flu Iā€™ve battled for a week but should come back quickly enough. I figured Iā€™d hit a variety of muscles today and move the pump around and get things loosened up. I also hit 400 for 7 reps on the leg presses.

Looking solid brother! How much Tren are you running now? I am tolerating 50mg ED pretty well, was thinking about bumping it up a little bit.


Iā€™m currently running about 300 test per week and 70 mg tren ace per day. Up until about 2 weeks ago i was running 50 ed. I noticed since bumping up the tren acne has increased and starting to get a little lethargy and diminished cardio output but that also might be the toll being sick took on me. Also been tormented by old painful memories alot but that also may be the brain coming back after months and months of no booze. Upon looking closely at what I eat every day I determined Iā€™m almost always in a defecit since starting IF which must explain why Iā€™m looking better so much faster than getting stronger. BP sides have been non existent since last blood donation and starting the cialis.

I think I'll leave the tren alone for a couple weeks then. I am starting to notice some improvements in the gym. Got a membership today at Golds, so i'll have access to better equipment for training. I haven't noticed any lethargy from the tren. Just restless sleep and night sweats. Also wanting to rip people a new one.

Like we tell people in treatment, those feelings are coming back man. Find a way to process them and cope with them instead of shoving them down. I know that sounds corny as fuck but it works.

I decided to keep this a bulking cycle. I am eating around 3200 cal a day and really focusing on what I put into my body as far as food is concerned. Currently doing a bunch of meal prep getting ready for this week.
