Keto was so fucking restrictive man, it was great at first, lost a lot of weight. I just got tired of not being able to eat what I wanted. I ended up relapsing on pizza. Yeaaaaa. I just started doing my meal prep again, getting my diet in check, tracking macros and shit. I got those hunger pangs and as weird as this sounds man, try putting salt on your tongue and letting it dissolve. Not table salt, but like pink Himalayan salt. Do you think the 2lb could come from some water retention? I'd say the increased cardio will def help. Are you eating a caloric deficit? What are your macros?

I don’t count every calorie or weigh my food. I know that’s bad but I’m not quite that disciplined yet. I eat very heavy protein and carbs and try to not go crazy on fat but don’t go out of my way to avoid it. That’s why i decided if was best because I can stick to it and doesn’t require extensive meal planning and measuring. I avoid sugary drinks alcohol and fast food.

One of the best things I do for my diet is weighing my food out. It’s a pain in the ass, yes, but I can practice proper portion control and really really track what I’m eating.

I don’t dispute I’d get better results with a more precise diet. I was low naturally or I would have waited longer to gear. I’ll look into doing this - I’m very non mathematical so it will be a big adjustment. My diet is definitely not bad I eat high quality foods and im sure the if will help but it’s always been the hardest thing to nail down. I read that with if you have more flexibility with what you eat if you keep in the window. I always get at least 1.5 g protein per lb bw.

You arent alone Brother, diet is the hardest part for EVERYONE. Most guys cant stick to it. A good start is order a food scale and start weighing your meats. Try for 7oz portions.

Once you do it enough it will become second nature and you won't feel right eating things unless you have weighed them...

You are putting in the hard work already, no point in cheating yourself when it comes to the most important aspect of this whole game.

Bouncing tonight so did a quick workout chest/traps/arms/shoulders/curls. I can manage 5 reps pretty easy on bench with 275 but feel like I still need a spot to push further safely. Strength is feeling pretty solid even with the IF. I’ll be looking at wal mart for a food scale hopefully tomorrow. Lady friend from NY went back home so back to the hard grind again next week. Weight is 231. I honestly have no idea what my goal weight is at this point but I figure I’ll have a better idea when I get my bf lower. The world keeps pissing me off but I’m not gonna let it stop me this time.

Did pullups cable back/tri work curls shoulder dumbell presses and 15 min cardio today a light workout before work tonight. I’m up to 8 clean pullups now. Here’s a pic of my back sorry for bad quality but you can see my lats are starting to fan out and I always had shit lats. Bp sides and headaches are gone since quitting the gh. Idk if I ever wanna get off this cycle lol.

This is how I’m looking after wake up stretches and push ups. Yes I do train my legs they have only got harder not bigger. Beach day today with my friends mom 😏then bouncing later Hungry af can’t wait til afternoon and IF is done. My tren pin tasted almost like bbq sauce lol. Shedding my fat has revealed an anterior pelvic tilt issue that I’m working on via stretching. If I can get my hips to sit straight up and down my gut will stick out even less lower back will actually work for squats and deads properly, and I wonder if it might kick me up to 6’4.

idk for sure I’m taking forever to get around to bloods. I take adex roughly.5 mg ed and there’s nothing growing behind my nipples. I also take 300 mg p5p every few days for prolactin.

Lookkn a little more watery today but weight was 230. Body changing fast af.

228 this morning. Intermittent fasting seems to be working at the cost of a little energy level. Got a food scale now. All that’s left is to figure out what macros I want.

Tren is awesome. See the pelvic tilt issue? It seems pretty tough to fix so going to have to do stretches a long time. When I had high body fat, u couldn’t really see it now I’m like wtf does my body bend like a chicks.

Bench is getting stronger and I’m handling 115+ on ohp with ease despite a damaged shoulder. Joints all feel better since the 2 weeks i ran gh.
 
Some guys just don't do well on GH....you must be one of these guys. How many iu's per day were you running?

I was going for 2 but the dude told me it was double strength so the first few days it was 4 then even when I cut the dose in half, which was 1 line on a slin pin, still made it feel like my head was gonna explode every time my dick got hard. I have cialis on the way and just donated blood today (bp was 132/80 before drawing so the fish oil must be helping. when I start the cialis I’m gonna try tiny doses again.

Donated blood yesterday, all systems at optimal pressure. Did multiple sets of pull ups going 8-6-5-3-3-2. When I first got back to the gym this past May I could barely do 1. The gym owner asked me what I’m using lol I said protein and he laughed.
