    GP brothers

    Wanted some feedback on the amount of cardio some of you guys are doing?? I'm training hard 24-7, need to get my body fat percentage lower, eating pretty clean. Just wanted some opinions on the cardio some of you guys are doing! I'm currently running tren acetate, cyp, propionate for a quick blast, and deca. Noticing nice gains for awhile now, just needed cardio advice, thanks guys!

    I'm not really looking to have abs and or necessarily be shredded! I just prefer to stay lean and keep nice strength gains, I eat eggs, oatmeal, for breakfast. Alot of chicken breast and white rice. Fish fillets. Greens! Love vegetables. But yes diet advice would be helpful also. Thanks man

    diet is key. I prefer hiit when cutting my coach had me doing 25 mins training days 40 mins non training days, it's tough but worth it.

    Big rich I appreciate it brother, working on my diet and getting it down. Try to eat clean as possible! Hitting morning and late evening/night cardio has made nice improvement. Thanks for the feedback my man

    I prefer fasted LIT in the AM. Then add HIIT PWO when results slow.

    Kong! Thanks brother, I'm switching things up and I like the hiit for early morning/ then some more cardio in late evenings or night, thanks for your feedback big man!!
