Haven’t kicked my cycle into high gear yet. Trying to wait another 2-3 weeks
I really want 495 for 3 before I blast off. That way I beat my old number before I start a new strong cycle

Outline of my high frequency squat wave (no I didn’t come up with it). I’m excited it’ll be fun.
Few rules: days in red no belt and no sleeves
Days in blue I can use belt and sleeves
Light bench and upper body after Monday’s squats
Wednesday’s will be hamstrings
Might move Friday to Saturday ? I wanna have a straight bench/upper body day on either Friday or Saturday.
Main movement will be floor press and inclines

I’m in the middle of week 2
Things are going great ! After this squat wave I am going to reduce frequency to 2x a week. And do a 9 week variation of this program, and will be able to reprioritize my Bench during that time.
Am on the Tren and Anavar with Robo. It’s not the ideal cycle for strength but Jesus do I feel great. I just can’t function with anadrol, and the back pumps from dbol are too intense for 3x a week Barbell squats
Remember your cycle must compliment your Traininganavar for the win!

You know what is holding most peoples bench back? They do too damn much, and they fail too much.
Today a smooth 5x5 with 315
Taking the rest of the week off, my body needs to heal and the squat frequency has killed my lower back. 3 weeks left in the routine but need to take a little week deload and let the Lower back / erectors recover !
