    Remix Training Log

    I just received my tren and prop for the log that I will be running.....
    I had some bloods done recently and was pretty low on test...... but I've ran gp sus test cyp and var months back and felt great......

    My training program I will post up soon and my meal planning I will post up later too......

    Basically lil heavy on food but will cut back over time when I cut carbs and increase fats......

    Cardio I will break up into 2 sessions morning fasted and late night give or take 20mins to 30mins per session.

    I crashed my body some so fat content is 20 to 23% and I'm sitting at 245 but I have faith that this prep will be my best due to having a better setup when it comes to my training aka cardio lol

    Awesome, good idea splitting the cardio like that...i prefer that method as well.

    Try to post up a little bit about your diet if you have the time.

    Seated Military press

    135 2x
    185 1x
    225 2x was getting a clean 8 but last 2 assist
    Standing lateral raise db
    5x10-8
    35 2x
    45 3x
    Front delt raise [uppercut way at top]
    5x10
    45 5x
    Didn't want to press my luck on weight focused more on feeling the exercise
    Seated rear delt flys
    5x10
    35 2x
    45 3x
    S.Arm smith machine press seated sideways
    4x10
    30 2x
    50 2x
    These shits killed my shoulders
    Hack machine presses
    135
    4x10
    Strength Machine Iso shoulder press
    75 each side
    4x10

    I changed my meal plan some

    Meal 1
    1.25 cup egg white
    1 cup oats
    r1 protein 1scoop 25g p

    Meal 2
    1cup Jasmine
    6.5 oz chicken seasoned kicken chicken
    Couple of zucchini

    Meal 3
    6.5 oz chicken
    1 tbsp coconut oil

    Meal 4
    2 scoops r1 with 1 tbsp on

    Meal 5
    6.5 chicken
    1 cup Jasmine
    1 cup spinach

    Meal 6
    1 cup egg whites
    1 scoop r1 protein

    Starting out with
    Gorilla Pharma
    Test prop 1cc eod
    Tren ace 1cc eod

    Also will run provirion @ 50

    Might pick up so var into this package

    I've ran a couple things from gp
    Var
    Test cyp
    Eq
    Sus250
    Liked them all but the var was really good

    This is my first time running a log I guess over time I will get a little bit better with this

    Db incline press
    4x6 with 2 warmups 50 x15
    90, 100, 100, 110

    Iso incline chest hammer
    4x8
    45, 90, 90, 125

    Machine flat bench

    Cable chest press

    50lbs each side longer breaks in between

    I forget that I need to update this everyday so I'll do better on this

    Diet needs to change still sitting at 245 to 250 at the end of the day

    Need to order some t3 and clen to help speed things up

    I'm still sitting on 500mg of prop and 400 on tren seems good cardio is being affected some maybe from the tren other than that seems to help with my strength....
