Eh...exactly......well, almost 3 years of back surgeries and not being able to train because of chronic maddening pain put me out of commission. But....I gave up on operations and meds so....just doing PT right now. No operations, no more meds. Not fun....will start training again regardless. Sadly, I need to keep away from the squat rack....my favorite and most important tool.

Well damn, sorry to hear that. Sometimes the hardest part is knowing when to ease up and heal. You can still have a great physique without squats, especially with your base and what you have built already.
