    Deadlifts- warm up 135,155,185,205,225
    Working sets- 250 4 sets of 5. 185 for 10 reps
    Lat pulldown- 160lbs 10,10,9, last drop set
    Face pulls- 50lbs 4x10
    Cable lat pulldowns 15lbs 415
    Rear delts- 55lbs 3x10
    Ab cable crunches 170lbs- 4x10

    Arms and shoulders.

    Barbell shoulder press- 95lbs 10,8,8,10
    Skull crushers flat bench- 90lbs 5 80lbs 10,8,8
    Preacher curl- 45,25 plates 10 reps/ 45,25,10 7 reps/ 45,25, 2 10s 5 reps.
    SUPERSET dip machine- 1.5 plates 10 1.5 w/ a 10 3 sets of 10
    Arnolds- 30lbs 4x10
    Db behind head 70lbs 10,8 30lb single arm 10,8,8
    Seated bicep curls- 25lbs 3x10
    Random cable work for biceps and triceps.

    Leg day. Kinda sucks think I tweaked my back by not placing the bar right on a set. Anyone find it easier to squat with shoes rather than bare feet ??

    Squats 255lbs 4x5 185lbs pause reps 10
    Sumo squats 60lbs 203
    Hamstring curls (90lbs) 10x4 superset with straight leg deads (100lbs) 10x4
    Smaller leg press- 2 plates each side single leg 10x4 followed by double leg burn out 10x4 and calves 10x4

    What I am looking like and chest day . I feel like the chest is still making progress and still strong!!

    Bench- 95lbs/135lbs/155lbs all 10 reps
    185lbs 8,7,5 135lbs 15 reps

    Incline DB- 55LBS 10reps 50lbs 8,8
    Decline hammer- 2 plates each side 10,10,7
    Incline dB flys- 40lbs 10,10,9,10
    Pec dec- 145lbs 6 reps 115 lbs single arm 8 100lbs 10,10

    10 round hiit

    So everyone very soon I will be starting a brand new log. I will have pics for starting along with progress pics through out. I will also be Sharing my cycle. My workouts. I have goals for my lifts too! Here and there full days of eating. Now that baby is one I am ready to give it my all and dial in on diet. Go harder than ever before in the gym and my goal is a sweet middle spot. I hope You all will follow along on this next round. I appreciate all the support!! Today's workout was back!!

    Deadlifts- 135lbs 10 reps 185lbs 5 reps 205lbs 5 reps 225lbs 3 reps 245lbs 3 reps 265lbs 3 strapless 265lbs 5,5 225lbs 6,6,5 185lbs 10,8

    Lat pulldown- 165lbs 10,10,9,8

    Seated low row- 150lbs 8 135lbs 8
    Single arm 45lbs 10,10

    Rear delts barbell- 45lbs 3x10 superset cables rear delts 15lbs

    Straight arm pull downs- 80lbs 4x10 super set face pulls 100lbs 4x10

    Ab cable crunches- 120lbs 20 reps 170lbs 10 reps
