she is the real deal holyfield..just sayinSo everyone very soon I will be starting a brand new log. I will have pics for starting along with progress pics through out. I will also be Sharing my cycle. My workouts. I have goals for my lifts too! Here and there full days of eating. Now that baby is one I am ready to give it my all and dial in on diet. Go harder than ever before in the gym and my goal is a sweet middle spot. I hope You all will follow along on this next round. I appreciate all the support!! Today's workout was back!!

Straight arm pull downs- 80lbs 4x10 super set face pulls 100lbs 4x10
Ab cable crunches- 120lbs 20 reps 170lbs 10 reps
