I've been off the forum for a couple weeks but just breezed thru this log. That's awesome that you put yourself out there. I always did better when I kept a log. Love the spreadsheet and apps your using too. What a huge change in a short period of time. I know this motivates me to get back at it. I bet your a HUGE motivation for the women on here too. Keep up the awesome work and I'll be popping in from time to time.

Chest day. Today was feeling so tired but pushed through.
Incline dumbell- 60lbs 10 70 lbs 6,7 50lbs pause reps 12
Bench-185 3 sets of 4 last set drop SET to 135 with 6 reps
Dip machine- 2 plates 7,5,3 1.5 plates 7 reps
DB flys- 40lbs 4x10
Exercise I don't know to call lol
Cable flys decline- 20lbs 4x10 pause reps

No. My heart rate always goes up when I am lifting heavy. It was probably during my Bench. My heart rate hits around 180 during a heavy squat set. Anytime I have had my bp checked it's been fine.Is that 155 high end HR during cardio? If not, you may have some issues- Have you been monitoring BP?

So far I have at least about another 3-4 weeks before this next phase and cycle begins. I am surprised I am still getting stronger with many lifts. What I do see is without my helpers I am not healing quick at all and I am super sore. Still eating ehat I want but not no man's land. Maintaining still looking ok. Tonight will be legs. I'll try to remember to post the workout and maybe a few pics. Not soing many pics since I am just maintaining what I got and relaxing a bit.

Life gets crazy and sometimes I feel lazy. With have the 2 kids at home, working 45hrs a week and never enough sleep I decided to take an extra day off. Not to mention my muscles are healing alot slower. Is it ok to be lazy sometimes? Yes. Is it ok to not make up for it? NO! Today's leg day I pushed the limits let out the screams and pushed through! Lifts are still going up which is great.
After warm ups squats 5×5 250lbs
Hack squat 245lbs 10,10,8,8
Hip thrusts 225lbs 4x10
Single leg leg press 2 plates 10 1.5 plates 10,10, 1 plate 16
Leg extentions first 5 reps 3 sec pause. 80lbs 4×15
Abs 150lbs cable crunches 3×20
Abs toe touches followed with knee crunches 7/5, 5/3
Cable kickbacks 60lbs 2×15 each leg
Cable leg raises 20lbs 2x10 each leg
My quads are so sore. Gotta brace myself just to sit on the toilet and the walk up the stairs is intense.

Thanks. I am doing my best to push through these last few weeks of delayed muscle healing and feeling more fatigued.I was recircling back your post (yes, I missed all...) Thanks. I usually get more than that but after the incline dB I was struggling. It's hard to get those dbs up
