I've been off the forum for a couple weeks but just breezed thru this log. That's awesome that you put yourself out there. I always did better when I kept a log. Love the spreadsheet and apps your using too. What a huge change in a short period of time. I know this motivates me to get back at it. I bet your a HUGE motivation for the women on here too. Keep up the awesome work and I'll be popping in from time to time.

So far I've been reverse dieting. I am upto 2100 calories not really necessarily hitting my macros. Let's be honest I have been hitting some buffets, eating pizza ect. A real diet break. However I am maintaining my weight which I am so happy to be enjoying food and still not losing progress.



Back day!
Shrugs- 3 plates 3x10 last set drop set
Low row - 120lbs 10, 135lbs 10, 150lbs 6 drop set
Fixed lat pulldown- 100lbs 3x10
Tbar row- 2 plates 8,8,8,6
Dumbell pullover- 50lbs 4x10
Dumbell rows single arm- 90lbs 3x10

I think I told you this awhile back that it's ok to be normal sometimes with diet just don't get comfortable with it. You are definitely one to follow

Thank you everyone for the kind and encouraging words! Today was arms and shoulders. I did about 4-5 for triceps, biceps, and shoulders. I just kept intensity up. Finished with a little hiit just for an extra sweat! Happy to see how far I've come from post baby to now! I love the collages haha. From 1month pp to 1 year 1 month pp

No. My heart rate always goes up when I am lifting heavy. It was probably during my Bench. My heart rate hits around 180 during a heavy squat set. Anytime I have had my bp checked it's been fine.

I suppose you are ok then- Id just keep an eye on it and start monitoring BP more often if you start noticing HR increases over your regular numbers especially if you are introducing any new drugs or supplements. I honestly don't know what my HR is when Im lifting- I dont wear a wrist monitor or a fitwatch or whatever. My HR lifting could be as high as when I do cardio, I dont know. When I do cardio high intensity, I normally dont reach a HR over 150 (via monitors on the cardio machine) and I am not tiny which is the only reason your number stood out to me.

150 isn’t very high at all. Subtract your age from 220 to find your max target heart rate for cardio, for example, 220-37=my max target heart rate of 183. Then you can decide where your fitness level is and go with 75%, 85% or 95% of your max. You can even go higher if you have a low resting heart rate like me at 48. I can’t remember the equations but I often train in the 190s

What I do see is without my helpers I am not healing quick at all and I am super sore. Still eating ehat I want but not no man's land. Maintaining still looking ok. Tonight will be legs. I'll try to remember to post the workout and maybe a few pics. Not soing many pics since I am just maintaining what I got and relaxing a bit.

The gear definitely increases recovery rate
 
Life gets crazy and sometimes I feel lazy. With have the 2 kids at home, working 45hrs a week and never enough sleep I decided to take an extra day off. Not to mention my muscles are healing alot slower. Is it ok to be lazy sometimes? Yes. Is it ok to not make up for it? NO! Today's leg day I pushed the limits let out the screams and pushed through! Lifts are still going up which is great.

After warm ups squats 5×5 250lbs
Hack squat 245lbs 10,10,8,8
Hip thrusts 225lbs 4x10
Single leg leg press 2 plates 10 1.5 plates 10,10, 1 plate 16
Leg extentions first 5 reps 3 sec pause. 80lbs 4×15

Abs 150lbs cable crunches 3×20
Abs toe touches followed with knee crunches 7/5, 5/3
Cable kickbacks 60lbs 2×15 each leg
Cable leg raises 20lbs 2x10 each leg

My quads are so sore. Gotta brace myself just to sit on the toilet and the walk up the stairs is intense.

Every thing is slowly moving along. Still not really tracking food strictly but also not acting like a little piggy. Well maybe some days! Enjoying those things I know I won't be eating this next round. Pizza, mac n cheese, lots of breads ect. I am happy still maintaining and still crushing it at the gym.

Thanks. I usually get more than that but after the incline dB I was struggling. It's hard to get those dbs up
