I feel ok. I am stronger than I have been in the past. But I still wanna get leaner. But honestly I think I'll never be satisfied. I have an eating disorder I have had since I was 13. So I really struggle with that number on the scale although I know it isn't fat gain. Gotta remind myself everyday. I think I also see myself different then what I am. But this lifestyle has given me a healthier option to control my food and exercise. So I am thankful for that!

Hey girl. I printed this out and put it up in my bathroom. If you look at my old logs, I was coming back from an eating disorder as well. This helped me a lot. Hopefully it helps you too. I'm in your corner.
 
So I started this cycle I weighed 172.5 and finished off at 169.1 . Goal was a recomp so I am satisfied. Will be posting measurements shortly. Running a little behind. Here is a before and after of this cycle for easy comparison. 1505510626308.jpg

Thanks everyone. Next is my reverse diet and just being a little more relaxed. Every one might not agree with this but I know foe my mental health it works great. Of course won't be going overboard. Keeping my training to same amount of days but just gonna switch to a different style for a bit. Also keeping my hiit sessions. Might remove one. Playing with ideas for the next cycle. I know it will include clen, whinny, var and pretty possible some primo.

Almost 3 weeks into my reverse diet. I have been enjoying more of the foods I usually skip. Not 100% on my macros but within my calories. Currently at 2000 calories a day. Will be adding another 100 on soon. Weight is study. Almost a week off cycle but just as strong so far and still pushing my limits. Never get in the mindset I don't have the gear. It's only an enhancer and I know I can still be amazing!!! This is what my weeks look like as far as training.

Steady training session today
Squats - 185 for 8, 225 for 7 , 2 sets of 250 for 5, and 185 pause reps for 8.
Straight leg deads- 4 sets of 165 for 8
Leg extentions- 2 sets of 15 at 90 lbs and 2 drop sets 10 reps 90lbs 10 reps 50lbs
Lunges- 4 sets of 10 @ 80lbs
Leg press - 4 sets of 10 reps each leg followed by 10 reps with both followed by 10 reps calf raises per leg @ 1.5 plates.

Get Shredded!
Very strong indeed (gp89). There are some hard-working gals at our local gym,but this one in particular, has a nice build like gymprincess89, and is strong like her.
She comes in w/ her Westside hoodie on, keeps to herself w/ headphones on,and embarrasses most of the gym with her poundages and form.
225 rep squats, (nice) ass to the grass, for many reps. Delts/back like gp89, & just a hard worker. The few weak gym perv's try to talk to her, she does a good job of ignoring.
(She's young like gp89 as well, probably best built girl in the place).

Of course I love my wife's "build", but even she looks at this girl and says "wow". Wifey of course is 51 years young, and of course many gym perv's try to talk to her as well.
But they know I'm lurking, so they dont try too hard :)

Pic of wifey below (I shared it here before) is amazing for her age (or any) I think... (Sorry if I hijacked a bit GP89, just keep up your work, you look fantastic)!

3 sets of 10 skull crushers 80lbs superset dumbell curls 30lbs

3 sets of 10 Tricep press down with rope superset with overhead as well 70lbs
3 sets of 10 bicep curls with rope 2 styles superset 70lbs

3 sets of 10 preacher curls 1.5 plates and Tricep press down dip machine 2 plates superset

Hiit cycle session 15 rounds 20 sec work 40 sec rest

You could embarrass most of the men at my gym just be working out there. My wife is a lot smaller than you but pretty strong and gets dirty looks from some of the weaker guys in the gym.

It's kinda funny. I have had guys walk away from their exercise before lol. I am competitive too so it's always good times. However I always have good ROM and form. If I can't lift it correctly I don't lift it at all

80lb skull crushers is bad ass!! Great job. I've only seen one guy actually hit is head doing them and bleed.
 
I have been away for a while and I must admit when I saw this log title I thought I was going to see an actual log of a baby. Now that I look back I dont know how I thought that but... Damn it I wanted to see some baby gears abuse!
