Where can I get Epiandro and will you educate me on what it is?
You can get it many places- amazon, supplement sites, etc. The best deal I found was Dark Carnival brand on Gym n Tonic's site (a sponsor here, also owned by Wesley who loves it and has done good logs on it- Google wesley inman epiandro). 300-400mg ED will have some effect, I did 600 and was happy with it. It's safe too.

I'm not sure the scope of this log is to measure ejection fraction percentages before,during and after this Deca only cycle. In fact, you could perform this personal study on many different AAS and not just Deca. While what you speak of is very important, it would be better suited for a longer length study to show the effects of AAS on this particular issue.

If ur gonna do a deca only please go to the cardiologist and get an ejection fraction measured as well as heart size and valves, might be the only way to tell wht sides ur getting as ur bw wont show much if anything.....

thanks man but i really dont,, just when diet and training are consistent i transform . then add some drugs and i look the same but 20 lbs more muscle
here is on old pic from a long time ago.. you wouldnt say the guy on the left has good genetics... thats a fat 165lbs no training at all eating shit.. the after is natty 12 weeks later at 155lbs.. strict diet 3 day a week high volume training routine
today i have the same shape. just at a lean 176 lbs on drugs

Holy shit, bc123jm. If that is 12 weeks, naturally, then you truly are a genetic freak. 98% of the rest of us could not do that transformation in 12 weeks on gear and with a coach. Damn. I do not even look as good as the second picture with several cycles and decades of lifting and a very good knowledge of diet developed over years of learning.

Those pics make me want to take up TV watching and drinking beer as my new hobbies.

So Lockthan is running 800 mg Deca and nothing else, no test.

TheComeback is running a gram of Deca and 250 mg Test E.

bc123jm is running NPP at a gram with test prop at 233.3333333 mg a week.

Is this still accurate?

This wasn't directed at me but I'm a believer in trying to stop something before it begins. Half a mg twice a week should be plenty

MOTO.... my workouts arent really conventional .. i just train to maintain,,, so i do high volume high reps.. like 8-20 range... i dont count , i dont go to failure. i just go by how i feel that day ... i kinda do like modified circuit training.. hard to explain,, but i dont train that hard anymore,,, i did years ago . i am an old man now with joint problems and shit ,,, but built my base with Dorian style blood and guts training

i;m 46 ,, be 47 i a few months ,,, but really starting to feel my age,,, thats why i want to focus more on health and just a good jacked / beach build

I'm getting back in shape and body responded bettter then ever. So it's been a good come back but this is it are divorced if not. Lol

1) ride it out for a few weeks and reassess
2) start .5mg caber twice week
3) up the test a tad
4) proviron

Or a combination of some of the above?
