sorry for the lack of updates . A week ago my wife broke her left foot falling heavily on the iced road while doing some shopping . I took her to the hospital where she was taken care of and after 3 days i took her back home . I've been nursing her , doing all the home jobs ( cleaning , laundry etc. etc. ) while also working 2 jobs ( musician and security guard ) . I still managed to train ed early in the morning...shit like this happens and you must go on regardless .
yesterday i trained back at 5.00a.m. and the only guy that was there in the gym took a pic for me

thank you , she's strong woman and will get through this...we've been married for 22 years and we love each other like the first day . She gave me a wonderfull kid , Dorian who's 16 years old . I'm a lucky man
 
working 2 jobs , taking care of my family and training combined with meal prepping...not easy but somehow i manage to do it
here are my last 3 workouts
tuesday : back-traps
smith machine rows 4x10 count of 10 between sets
rope pullovers superset with hammer pulldowns 4x 15-12-10-8 reps
hammer seated rows 4x15-12-10-8 reps
barbell front shrugs 2x10
barbell rear shrugs 2x10

wednesday : chest
flat dumbell press 5x15-12-10-8-6 reps
smith machine incline 4x10 10 sec. between sets
cable crossovers different heights 4x10
seated machine press superset with dips 3x max reps

yesterday :legs
free squats 6x12-10-8-6-4-2 reps ass to the ground slow reps last set with 295 pounds
horizontal press 5x15-12-10-8-6 reps
seated leg curls 5x15-15-12-10-8 reps
leg ext. 4x10
adductor machine 1 set of 50 reps
abductor machine 1 set of 50 reps
calves at leg press 5x15

today a.m. fasted HIT cardio 30m on the treadmill

New workout for my wheels : biggest change is to start directly with free squats , also low reps and...pause at tge bottom then drive back up with full power

Free squats 135x6 , 185x5 , 225x3x 3 sets , 185x5 , 135x6
One leg leg press 45px15x2 sets , 90x10x2 sets , 135x10x2 sets
Lying leg curls 3x10
Seated leg curls 2x10
Leg ext. 2x10
Calves machine 5x10

Let me tell you one thing ...my legs are fried...i can barely walk...wheels growth to come ? :)
 
Smash them legs brother! I’m in the same boat and having two torn acl’s in the past don’t make it easy.

2 photo shoots coming up in march so i tweaked my diet and upped the cardio . Today it was 40m fasted cardio a.m. on the tradmill . Afternoon i hit back
