legs time....
leg ext. 5x20 reps
smith machine squats 1 warm up set 1 plate each side , then 3x15 reps 2 plates each side
machine horizontal press 4x20 reps whole stack
dumbell lunges 4x10 steps with 25 pounds each hand
dumbell deadlifts 4x12 with 35 pounds each hand
seated leg curls 3x20 reps médium weight
seated calves 5x15 reps
feeling great today ...but i know my legs will hurt badly tomorrow
