smith machine squats 1 warm up set 1 plate each side , then 3x15 reps 2 plates each side
machine horizontal press 4x20 reps whole stack
dumbell lunges 4x10 steps with 25 pounds each hand
dumbell deadlifts 4x12 with 35 pounds each hand
seated leg curls 3x20 reps médium weight
seated calves 5x15 reps

feeling great today ...but i know my legs will hurt badly tomorrow :)

Hammer incline press superset with cable crossovers 3x10
Seated dumbell press superset with machine laterals 3x10
Pushdowns superset with dumbell curls 4x10
Dumbell shrugs 4x10
Abs crunches 2x50 reps

Did my first show in 2010 , swiss nationals where i placed 2° in the masters division ( over 50 was introduced 1 year later . in june 2010 i place 3° at the wabba european championship in Ekaterimburg ( Russia ) this was my first international show . T-bar rows superset with hammer seated rows 4 sets 15-12-10-8 repos last set as heavy as i could
hammer reverse grip pulldowns death set 15-12-10-8-6-8-10-12 wanted to do 15 more reps my body refused:)
rack deadlifts 5x10

God this was one of the toughest workouts i've ever done....the death sets are really brutal.....grow baby grow !

did 4 giant sets , 15 reps ( warm up ) , 12 reps ( medium weight ) 10 reps ( heavy ) ,20 reps ( medium weight...this one was the hardest ) .
only 30sec. pause between each giant set . hard ****ing workout , that's how i love it:)
