what's up guys ? i decided to start a log to give an insight to all the different tecniques i use in my workouts . As most of you know by now my workouts are short and very intense but that's not all ...i mix all kind of different tecniques changing reps , sets , pauses...you name it . For some of these sets and reps you will need a training Partner or you can just use machines to make things easier. Today i trained chest and my training Partner was my son Dorian .
here we go
Smith machine incline press 1 death set
the title says it all : you start with a set weight and do 15 reps , without pause add some weight and do 12 reps , add more and do 10reps , no pause add more for 8 reps , than 6 reps than 4 reps . Now without pause go backwards , take some weight off and do 6 reps , take some weight off and do 8 reps , then 10 reps , 12 reps and finish with the starting weight for 15 reps , This is all you need : one fucking death set....try and you tell me about it . Of course you need tofind the right weight start with ...for me is 2 10kg plates each side and i go up 5 kg each side
incline hammmer chest press
take a weight you can do easily 15 reps and do 5 sets of 10 reps with only 5 sec. rest between each set
your 5th set will be very hard brother...
now we go easier ...
giant set :
seated chest press
cable crossover
dips
do 1 giant set of 15 reps , 1 of 12 reps and 1 of 10 reps
that's it...workout took me about 25-30m and i was pumped as hell !
make sure you drink some bcaas during workout , i take about 15-20g and i have 2 scoops whey iso with 50-60g oatmeal after
