what's up guys ? i decided to start a log to give an insight to all the different tecniques i use in my workouts . As most of you know by now my workouts are short and very intense but that's not all ...i mix all kind of different tecniques changing reps , sets , pauses...you name it . For some of these sets and reps you will need a training Partner or you can just use machines to make things easier. Today i trained chest and my training Partner was my son Dorian .
here we go

Smith machine incline press 1 death set
the title says it all : you start with a set weight and do 15 reps , without pause add some weight and do 12 reps , add more and do 10reps , no pause add more for 8 reps , than 6 reps than 4 reps . Now without pause go backwards , take some weight off and do 6 reps , take some weight off and do 8 reps , then 10 reps , 12 reps and finish with the starting weight for 15 reps , This is all you need : one fucking death set....try and you tell me about it:) . Of course you need tofind the right weight start with ...for me is 2 10kg plates each side and i go up 5 kg each side

incline hammmer chest press
take a weight you can do easily 15 reps and do 5 sets of 10 reps with only 5 sec. rest between each set
your 5th set will be very hard brother...

now we go easier ...
giant set :
seated chest press
cable crossover
dips

do 1 giant set of 15 reps , 1 of 12 reps and 1 of 10 reps
that's it...workout took me about 25-30m and i was pumped as hell !
make sure you drink some bcaas during workout , i take about 15-20g and i have 2 scoops whey iso with 50-60g oatmeal after

yesterday was day off , went to swimming pool with wife and kid
today hit legs big time

leg extensions 1 death set
15-12-10-8-6-4-6-8-10-12-15 reps goin' up and down in weight

horizontal leg press 4 sets of 15 reps close stance and 15 reps feet wide open no rest between
so after 1 set Of 30 reps , i add weight take 30 sec. rest and go on

seated leg curls 1 death set as above

adductor and abductor machines 30 reps each , add weight wait 30 sec. and do 30 more reps , add weight and 30 more reps

dumbell deadlifts 3x15 reps 10 sec. pause between sets

standing calves machine 1 death set as above

at the end i was....DONE:)
 
Awesome log brother! Your workouts look like you get in and out the gym without breathing lol. Keep up the hard work brother.

Incline hammer press
15-12-10-8-6-4-6-8-10-12-15 reps no pause in between

Seated machine flies same as above

Pulldowns 1 death set as above

Hammer rows 5x12 reps 5 sec. pause between sets

took today off ....had a new tattoo on my left shoulders:)
 
It's the gladiator mask from the movie with russel crowe...i must have watched at least 5 times lol..

post-workout meal 2 scoops Dymatize Iso-100 with 50g oatmeal and 1 banana

seated cable rows 4x10
Smith machine barbell rows 4x10

Straight leg dumbell deadlifts

3 giant sets of 30-25-20 reps
Finished it of with 4 sets standing calves for 20 reps

Running test propionate , tren acetate and masteron which i have receveid from Z . Lowish dosing for now , 50mg eod each . 50mg proviron also . Waiting for primo which i will start at 400mg ew

The low doses are defintley holding you up great. Keep up the work brother.
 
Another long weekend working in Geneve which is about 200km from where i leave . Managed to train at different gyms over there . Back home and today i hit legs
