    worked long hours 4 days in a row , still training mainly fasted a.m.
    legs today

    leg ext. superset with seated leg curls 4x20 reps
    vertical press 3x20
    single leg leg press 3x20
    stiff leg dumbell deadlifts 3x15
    one leg extensions 3x10
    lying ham curls 3x12
    standing calves 4x15

    flashback from year 2011
    swiss national champ WABBA over 50

    3 weeks later i accomplished my dream becoming european and world champion WABBA over 50 in Budapest ( Hungary )

    Smith machine squats 6x15
    dumbell lunges 4x20 steps
    dumbell deadlifts 4x15
    calves machine 6x15

    superset front dumbell raises and wide grip Smith machine upright rows 3x10

    dips machine 4x15-15-12-10 reps last triset as heavy as i could handle

    preacher machine curls
    dumbell Hammer curls
    cable curls 4 sets same as above

    back death sets workout

    pullover machine 20 reps-15-12-10-8-6-rkout i ever done8-10-12-15 all these non stop goin' up and down the rack
    T-bar rows superset with hammer seated rows 4 sets 15-12-10-8 repos last set as heavy as i could
    hammer reverse grip pulldowns death set 15-12-10-8-6-8-10-12 wanted to do 15 more reps my body refused
    rack deadlifts 5x10

    God this was one of the toughest workouts i've ever done....the death sets are really brutal.....grow baby grow !

    kiled legs this morning

    leg exetnsions 100 reps
    seated leg curls 100 reps
    free squats 5 x10 reps with 225 pounds on the bar 30sec. pause between sets
    leg press 5x15
    dumbell deadlifts 4x12
    calves at leg press 5x20 reps

    2014 Mr. universe in Helsinki 7įplace over 50
    hotel room before predjudging

    chest workout
    giant set :
    incline Smith machine press
    flat dumbell flies
    seated incline Hammer press
    cable crossovers
    dips

    did 4 giant sets , 15 reps ( warm up ) , 12 reps ( medium weight ) 10 reps ( heavy ) ,20 reps ( medium weight...this one was the hardest ) .
    only 30sec. pause between each giant set . hard ****ing workout , that's how i love it
