    arms :

    cambered bar pushdowns 1 death set 15-12-10-8-6-4-6-8-10-12-15 reps
    preacher curl machine same as above
    dips machine 5x10 reps 5sec. pause between sets
    incline dumbell curls 5x10 reps same ^^^
    rope pushdowns 2x 20 reps
    rope Hammer curls 2x20 reps
    took a pic afterwards with a gym buddy

    been working away from home for about a week , managed to do outdoor cardio and a few workouts .
    yesterday hit chest-back and today shoulders-cardio

    Killed legs today :

    Giant set :
    Leg ext.
    Seated leg curl
    Leg press
    Single leg ext.
    Single leg press
    Straight leg dumbell deadlifts

    3 giant sets of 30-25-20 reps
    Finished it of with 4 sets standing calves for 20 reps

    Another long weekend working in Geneve which is about 200km from where i leave . Managed to train at different gyms over there . Back home and today i hit legs

    Leg ext. superset with seated leg curls 3x20 reps
    Hack squat 4x10
    Leg press 4x15
    Dumbell sumo squats 3x10
    adductor machine 2x30 reps
    Dumbell deadlifts 3x10
    Single leg ext. 2x20 reps
    Calves machine 4x15 reps

    working long hours the whole week but still training balls to the wall...

    chest yesterday
    Hammer strenght inline 5x10 reps
    incline dumbell press 5x12
    triset :
    seated chest press
    cable crossovers
    dips 4x10 sets of each

    today it was back

    pullover machine 5x15 reps
    t-bar rows 4x10
    low Hammer strenght rows 4x10
    reverse grip pulldowns 4x12
    rack deadlifts 5x10
