some update pics taken on the 8 and 9 august ...condition is quite good at 87 kg . Training balls to the walls as always , workouts are short and very intense , mixing all kind of sets and reps . Diet is high protein , moderate carbs and low fats with 1-2 cheat meals a week ( mainly pizza or pasta )
