Ok so on my conmpouds I've new reverse pyramidding and getting stronger but I'm going at like 80 to 85% hitting 3to 4 reps to increase strength should I do lighter and be hitting other reps for hypertrophy so I look bigger or keep doing what ome doing just curious I'm 6 foot 1" AND VETWEEN 185-190. any thoughts on this?
