    I worked some chest today

    flat bench 5 x 10
    decline bench 5 x 10
    hammer strenght bench 5 sets

    incline db flies super set with dips
    four sets
    Advanced 2.0 the pip hits like a hammer

    i don't really go heavy on bench anymore I always mess up my shoulder I was doing 275 on that workout

    Trained legs today -

    Rg Squats 5 sets X 12 - along with 2sets heavy/low - 365X 4 - My legs are my weakest bodypart so Im going to train them 2x weekly unlike my upper body which I hit each muscle 1xwk

    Leg press - was already feeling the squats so went lighter on press - 5 plates per side going as deep as possible - 5 sets x 12reps

    calf raise machine - 200lb x 15 reps x 5

    short frmwalk apprx 50 feet back and forth - with 40lb DB in each hand - 3 walks around gym - Igoto a small gym

    tomorrow is chest/tri - stay tuned an good luck to everyone in contest - should be a close and interesting battle - btw started Keto today

    Yesterday was some arms and today is legs. I'm barely able to train legs I'm going through some back issues but still go in there and try and make it a good workout with what I can do. I think I'm looking a little better already maybe it's in my head tho lol

    I'm interested to see the training splits of the ones involved with this challenge.In my mind for drastic changes in a short time a frequency and volume ratio would have to be just right

    Sundays leg workout
    12 sets of squats till failure. (135lbs)

    6 sets of barbell lunges till failure. (85 lbs then 75 lbs then 65 lbs)

    20 minutes of abs, dips, followed by 70 minutes on the Elliptical.

    Back/bi today...had a headache all day..so drank a bunch of water and mixed a bit of salt.. Headache went away while at gym..
    I heard its very common the first week of keto diet..anyways here's what was accomplished..
    Deads..6sets x 10 last 2 sets at 405x 3
    Db rows... 5x 60/80/100/110/110
    Lat pulldowns.. 6x10
    Pl rows...5x 8
    Crlbar curls 5x9
    Incline db curl 5x8
    Hammer curl 4x 8

    Felt strong the whole routine..losing weight..I'll post scale tomorrow or thrsday
