Legs Quads
Just a lot of squats and leg exts. Pyramid in weight for both separate then light super sets combined. To many to count. I just do a set, rest a min and go for another. Legs are definitely growing. I’ll throw a pic up next go round later this week.

In range of 3100. I don’t count but sounds about right. Just adding some more in gradually as I go along
Chest and Shoulders
Spin and rowing machine to get warm
Rep range was at 10 per exercise with good form
Flat Smith machine bench and DB incline superset
Incline Smith Machine and Flat DB bench
Pec Deck and flat DB press and fly’s at different angles super
DB side raise
BB over head press
DB front raise
Shrugs
Stepped on the scale and think I seen 214. I’ll recheck tomorrow. I’m more of a mirror guy than scale.

Wide stance BB Squats
Lying leg curls
DB stiff leg deadlifts
Lots of sets of squats pyramiding
This split routine for legs has been working for me. Should have been doing this all along.
