Some are home cooked. Others are from work. We have a chef that runs the cafeteria, i usually have him make me fish!Mace, are these all home cooked meals you post?

Put anything on these and eat four in a sitting. These are expensive as fuck though. 1.25 per bun.

I dont(I did) and im not! been injured for a bit, surgery coming in the next few months for my right labrum. Left labrum will be next yr. been pussy footing around. Having some major issues with work and job security recently to add to the mix and could mess up when i get my shoulder fixed. They Lost about a dozen customersThey taste incredible but I go through a box of 24 in 3-4 days. Not economical at all. I am on a TKD, and eat 6 of these after lifting.
By the way if you prep every meal you must be ripped.

Recently, due to an issue , things dont look good. One custome alone was 1/3 our business. So shits up in the air right now!

that looks fantastic my friend!!! I eat things like this at the station after a good pack hike, then ill wait a few hours and hit the weights for a hour and a half.Today getting a few prescriptions and had lunch out. Zucchini, crilled chicken, pesto, mozz. Also, salad.

BY the way. Gymprincess dont think i forgot this. Making some of these without the sour cream. Excellent by the way!I love my chicken quesadillas. 8 oz of season chicken breast. Low carb whole wheat tortilla 1 serving of reduced fat cheese. Taco sauce and a serving of guac and/or light sour cream.
Pretty simple to make. Just cut the chicken in strips add cheese plus any veggies you like fold over and cook in a pan with a fat free spray about 5 minutes on each side. Posted photo of macros

Looks great! I will try it. Also, like the curry.Make a batch of this and some Jasmine rice. Fill six disposable containers half way with rice and top it with the Cilantro Lime Chicken. Sometimes I just Cajun spice or curry. I take a couple containers with me each day.
