Honey chipotle salmon and asparagus. I love these fish for busy days. They are great when you are having trouble to get your meals in.

320 cal 13g pf fat 24c 25p

If you need even more carbs add rice instead of asparagus.

Can also split into 2 small meals

Is it spicy? My wife loves salmon. We are always trying to find new recipes for her.

I wouldn't say it's really spicy. It has a small kick. You could always add sriracha for extra spice.

Come pre-made?
Yes. If you read what i wrote great for busy days haha. My shit would never come out all perfectly coated . I work from home. So work and the little one keep me pretty busy. I have found when i start dieting and eating clean i struggle to get in my calories so these have been a life saver.

YAY, some of these look so yummy....recipes please ?
The latest one can be bought lol. Its called sea cuisine honey chipotle salmon.

I have done quesidillas which is easy too. Chicken low carb tortillas low fat cheese and whatever veggies you like. I like to dip mine in a small amount of sour cream! Guac is also good.

IML Gear Cream!
Thai Basil & Mint Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

6lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, sliced into thin strips

Sesame oil

8-10 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

4 fresh holland or Thai or jalepeno chili, de-seeded and thinly sliced

1/2c soy sauce

4 tbsp oyster sauce

3 tbsp fish sauce

4 tsp sugar or 2 packets of splenda

1-2 cup fresh Thai basil leaves

1-2 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Heat some sesame oil in a wok or large pan/skillet over high heat. Add the chicken, and stir-fry until opaque. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

Add a little more sesame oil in the wok, and add the garlic, onion, and chilies. Stir-fry approx 4-5 minutes. Add the reserved chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar. Stir fry until peppers and onion is done.*

Add in basil and mint. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until the basil and mint leaves are wilted. Serve with steamed rice or by itself.
