I wake up at 5:15am for work I get home about 6. I've been working on shedding some more weight before the next cycle. My question is, is it better for me to go on a quick run at 6 when I get home and eat supper about 6:45-7 or eat at 6 and go for a run later at about 8? Which would be most beneficial for shedding pounds?
