Hey guy
Figured now I am back into lifting I should join a proper forum for it to get some tips and learn more stuff.
Im a 27 year old guy and just moved to southern cali (north san diego county).
Signed up with gym, got food plans made and bought my first set of supplements.
I'm about to hit the gym again and wanna grow more.
Basically what my goal is to get back to my old shape where i was bigger and more ripped.
This was about a year ago now and I really have been slacking too much...
All the damn cake!
SO yeah, lots of new goals and ambitions. Time to get big again!
