Rough day.

Slept about 2 hours when I got home this morning. Woke up and went to my nephews graduation. Got back home and got 3 more hours of sleep before I got ready for work tonight. Really dragging.

Training tomorrow but I may reset my schedule again since the holiday is going to interfere with Monday.

Best investment ever right here btw. I had the smaller six pack and loved it so I went with the backpack about 6 months ago. Tons of room and easily holds my 3 meals and 1 shake for work. Best $170 ever.

Where did you get that meal tote? I've been trying to figure out how I'm gonna carry 4 meals with me everyday lol. Does it keep stuff cool? It's switched to summer where I live, so it's going to be 100-115+ every day from here on out. I'm contemplating just carrying a full ice chest every day

6 pack bags. This one is $180 bucks or so but, it carries 5 meals, 2 side pockets for shakers/supplement tubs, 2 top pockets, 1 compartment in the middle for carrying stuff and a laptop compartment. I can take EVERYTHING I need for a full day in it. It will keep everything cool too. It comes with 3 ice packs but, they can tear so I put them inside zip lock bags to keep them safer. Also, I'll use those cheap freezer packs every once in a while.

This is the one I used to use. It holds 4 meals and has compartments on the sides. The Tupperware that comes with this one is actually larger which I like when I'm really pushing the food. I think these go for about $70. Unless you have to have a lot of space, this one is the better value for a regular big lunch kit.

Trained with a kid from work today. He's been asking about working out with me for a while and I've been giving him advice here and there. Very smart kid who listens extremely well and seems very dedicated. Said he wanted to compete one day so I may take him on as a client if he keeps it up and decides to go for it. He's got great potential just needs guidance like everyone does at that age. Trained hard today, didn't complain, didn't talk much at all lol, just did work. Was fun.

Seated CG Cable Row - 18 plates x23
HS Pulldown - 360x22

Incline Hammer - 230x28 (pr)
Reverse Grip Decline Machine - 125kgx25 (pr)

DB Side Lateral - 45x23 (pr)

Hit quite a few pr today which Is good to see.

Changing gh dosing for a while. Will be 5iu M-F. Days I train M-F I'll use it pre workout and non training days when I wake up.

I had this one over a year and it's still in awesome shape. They hold up extremely well.

I don't know if they have them in the usa yet but myprotein do a couple of them for a pretty heap price
 
Lower Loading Day

Tweaked my left quad today on safety bar squats. Dunno what happened. Warmed up plenty. Form seemed good. My set of 405 was great then rep 5 on 455 I felt the upper rectus femoris strain/sprain. Locked out the rep for a second to see if i was going to collapse. Hit another 2 reps and racked the weight. After I racked it was pretty painful and any standing up has been challenging. Hope it's not major. Decided to finish the day but no more Lower work to be safe.

Safety Bar Squat - 405x12, 455x7 (had 4 more for a pr in the tank)

Pulldown
Db Incline row

Seated chest press
Seated cable fly

Reverse DB shoulder press x2

Triceps extension
Db Curl

Leg hurting pretty good today. Iced it all afternoon until i went to sleep yesterday and kept it up during the night the best I could.

I'm sure its not a tear but, its a sprain/strain without a doubt. Will probably be a few days before its halfway back to normal but, ill keep stretching it out and icing it to speed up the recovery best I can.

Tomorrow is upper loading so, Ill get some work in at least....I will probably have to change exercises from DB's to either flat bench or maybe a machine. Dont think ill be kicking up the 150's with a badish leg but, its possible.

Going through withdrawals being without my phone lol.

So the leg is still pretty sore. Better then yesterday but still not completely right. Should be fine by next week.

Trained today but without music and my leg hurting it sucked.

Back to normal soon!
 
Update time.

16 days in now. Weight has went up quite a bit quicker then I expected. Still haven't stepped on a scale since starting but, pants have snugged up. Shirts are much tighter through the arms chest and back. Pant legs are uncomfortable. There is definitely some water there but some quickly gained fat as well.

I increased calories a bit too quickly but, the gh I had been using didn't help things either as igf was steadily falling off. Going to cut out a few carbs on training days until I get to a point of steady weight. That should be the right spot to have some recomp happening. I also switched back to IronLion growth so igf will be back in the right spot very soon.

If this doesn't work, and I'll be able to tell quickly, I'll be adding in fasted cardio ah la Dante Trudel DC training.

Feel like the tren is working already.... Sleep hasn't been great and sweats have been worse even though the sweating may be from how much water I'm holding. It's still very early, especially for hex though so, may be placebo.

Dats about it!
 
Weigh in today..... 245.....little to heavy at this point so I'll keep carbs pulled back.

Lots of pr's today. Strength is starting to ramp up quite a bit. Little lethargy and back pumps from the SD even though it's only at 10mg and water has been high. May cut it soon.

Yeah I've got that along with all the other staple type things in there. Magnesium, potassium glutamine and so forth. Think it's mainly the body weight at this point and being pretty watery.

Cialis Pre workout for a little pump but mainly for BP.

It's quite a bit of stuff and more then I intended to use but, should all work nicely together.

Damn lol. That's a lot of stuff. Guess it's really not that much. The AI is a given, caber too, and for me the Cialis is a given because I can't piss without it lol. I only do 5mg EOD though. Just enough to work.

I like your dosing with the SD. I'll never go over 15 a day, that's more than enough if it's dosed right. These guys running 30 blow my mind.

They hang around 20' usually. I haven't measured them in a long time but, I haven't trained arms very much at all in the last 3 months either .

I guess beefcake is a good thing lol.

I've been really focusing on learning myself better. My coach was doing really good work with me and, I learned a lot but, I needed to experiment for a while to see what could happen.

So far, without really pushing the envelope and taking a slow controlled approach, I've made some progress that I'm happy with. During this blast my plan is to continue with what I've learned worked well to this point and try to expand on that. Primarily with more tweaks in nutrient timing and total calories but also playing with a bit of insulin once the hormonal level is up and running.

I'm supposed to work tonight but I took a vacation day since I've only had 1hr of sleep in the last 36 hours or so.

I'll sleep in tomorrow and then go try to hammer out lower muscle rounds if my quad can hold up.

Time for some Zquil, a little Red Vein Thai and as much sleep as I can get.
