    Those cage presses sucked but definitely felt my whole Delt so after mountain dog training I might keep them in.

    They hit the traps nicely too if you're doing the reverse shrug at the top like Meadows explains.

    Barbell one arm row 4 x 12
    1st working 120
    2nd working 145
    3rd working 170
    4th working 195

    cable pullovers 4x10
    1st working plate 15
    2nd working plate 18
    3rd working plate 19

    Tbar row 4 x10
    I dont like our tbar row machine so did them with a barbell and vgrip handle

    Trap bar shrugs 3 x20
    1st working 225
    2nd working 315
    3rd working 405


    forgot my bands so use machine hyperextension max weight 1 set of 50

    Calves

    Standing calve raise 5 mins straight torture session at 4 plates
    hit 20 reps walk 10 steps away 10 steps back and hit another 20 and repeat keep going untill 5 minutes is up even if your only getting a quarter of a rep

    Waited one minute and hit 3 sets of 10 on standing calve raise
    1st working 6 plates
    2nd working 8 plates
    3rd working 10

    seated calve raise 3x8
    1st working 2 plates
    2nd working 3 plates
    3rd working 4 plates

    Lying hamstring curls 4x10
    1st working 110
    2nd working 140
    3rd working 170
    4th working 170 plus to 5lb blocks

    Squats 4x6
    1st working 135
    2nd working 225
    3rd working 315
    4th 405

    Old school barbell hack squat 2x15 and 2 sets of 25
    225 for 2 sets of 15
    315 for 2 sets of 25
    Felt these a lot more then the hack squat machine

    Dumbbell lunges 45lb dumbbell for 3 sets of 12 at the end of every set drop dumbbells and hit 12 more reps

    Dumbbell stiff leg dead lifts
    4x10

    3rd working 140
    4th working 150

    My legs are blasted

    Dude you are going to love Puretropin at 10ius ED. I have been on Pures at 10iu ED for like 5 or 6 weeks just to heal an injury, and I have already started seeing day to day changes without doing much training other than basic physical therapy. Definitely in to see what it can do for you!
