    Leg press 3x30

    3rd working 14 plates
    First set got 15 reps in got to the point where pain couldn't get worse and the monster came out of me from there on for these sets
    Focusing on why I'm doing this and who I'm doing this for my son and my wife when I'm in that mental state I can push through any pain

    Stiffleg dumbbell deadlifts 3/4 no lockouts 4x8
    1st working 100
    2nd working 120
    3rd working 140
    4th working 150

    My legs are beyond toast but the feeling of getting through a grueling workout where you lay everything on the line nothing like that feeling.
