    I have been super down, like depressed. Not sure if it's the diet, or the insane amount of homework I'm taking on, or the stress of work, or a combo of everything. I did give myself a cheat day last weekend, and I perked up and felt great for about 4 hours, then it set right back in. So I'm not really sure. I ate a shit ton of food though. All carbs. Of course.

    This week the diet has/will continue to be egg whites, lemon chicken, white rice or yam, and apparently lots of advil.

    Same schedule gym wise -
    Day 1: Push
    2: Run
    3: Pull
    4: Run
    5: REST
    6: Legs
    7: Short Run/Abs

    Today was pull, so my wings are sore and my mini guns are sore too.

    I've somwhat been following this 30 days of hell thread. I'm not not sure why it has to be hell unless you are are competing for tons of dollars, but anyways, how is the rest of your body doing other than your abs.....seems like most women tend to base their success on that area. Not sure why...you seem to have a low bf percentage. How are your legs? Arms? Shoulders? Just asking...don't be real hard on yourself if there is no real legit reason. Enjoy what you are doing....jmo.

    It's hell for me because I'm addicted to sugar lol. All I want is brownies, ice cream, but above all...cookies. I was just thinking that I'll take a pic of my legs. Tomorrow is leg day. I use my abs because thats where my bf level is most noticeable.
    The legit reason is just self discipline I guess. I want to be in close to perfect condition just to feel? I'm not really sure. A big driving reason was the sugar though. I needed to let it go and stop eating junk, even though I still looked "okay". I've got a laundry list of family health issues, and I don't want my body anywhere on that same list.
