So here i am back to the dark side - 20yrs later!
Mid 40's guy. Gym rat back in the day teens/throughout 20's kept fit in the 30's with over 30 sports/moderate gym time. I'v been back on track -steady Gym schedule and pretty good diet for the last 4yrs. I'm feeling/performing pretty good in the gym but i think I've plateaued with natural sups/diet... well maybe not plateaued but just slower progress with my age.
Looking to gain some knowledge from the pro's/Vets.
