    Cycle and supplementation Q:A

    Spring is here which means summer is approaching us fast. It's time to do some spring cleaning on our bodies and shed that winter coat and get ready for board shorts, bikinis, beaches, pool parties, vacations and bbqing. Everyone has the Sumer look they're going for and not all know exactly how to get there. That's where myself and GP step in. We have a thread for diet and nutritional guidance and I would also like to start another for aas and supplementation to go along with it. So if you guys have any questions regarding aas, peptides, GH, or any form of supplementation, ask them here. Post up your plans for critiquing and advice or simply share some stuff that works for you. This is for everyone to read, learn and offer advice to. Not just us at GP. We just simply want to give you the outlet. We've all read the board and you get some good info, but also get a lot of threads that go off track. So here you can get the info you seek without having to sift through pages of gibberish non sense to find the answers to your questions.

    Cool idea. I've been learning a lot from this forum since my aas knowledge/experience is from 15 years ago. Needless to say things are a LOT different now.

    Thx Sherk. I'm in the same mindset as most are here (warm weather & need to trim up), so this thread is perfect. Can someone help me put together a good cut cycle?

    Current stats are:
    Age: 34
    Height: 6'-0"
    Weight: 215
    BF: realistically sub 18%. Typically at 205 i'm looking good, so need to lose at least 10lbs or maybe a bit more for super shred.

    In the past i've ran Tren but i get major trensomnia, and i can barely run downstairs without being winded and sweating my ballls off. Was thinking of trying an oral like winny or anavar or maybe even clen...but i'm so lost. There are a fuckton of options. I would be running test base probably 500-600mg/wk, and be hard on a clean diet and doing cardo.

    ANy help is much appreciated.

    Test base? You mean using test as a base and not using test base I assume? You can run a very simple cycle of test with var, winny or both and cut dramatically because the fat loss will be controlled by your diet and training, not the drugs. I'm not a fan of Clen. I don't like the muscle cramps, spasms, headaches or dehydration I get from it even at 2 gals of water a day.

    Sherk - yea man sorry i meant using test as a base. So running 500-600mg of some test C i have onhand. Do you reccomend var throughout the cycle, or just nearing the end? Totally agree/understand diet & cardio are key in the cut, not the gear.

    Hey guys thinking about next cycle. Tbol kick start for 1st 4 weeks 500mg a week test e and 300 a week eq. Was thinking deca but recently decided to try eq to be avoid some of the water. Any input, is appreciated. I'm trying the get as,much as possible from,less approach right now.

    1-6 70mg tbol
    1-12 test 500mg
    1-10 npp 300-400mg
    1-12 mast e 400mg

    This will give you much better results. Eq is very weak and wont gain you much. Especially at 300mg a week. You can run deca and avoid a lot of the bloat
