Well im 27 working out on and off now for 10 years. Just getting back into it now properly. Had a year off from working out because of mental health problem that gave me and aversion to food. Lost 20kg of muscle mass back down to 75kg from 95kg. But fuck all of that now is the time to start and carry on now my life is in a very good place.
Never used before but im 90% sure i will when i hit a stopping point. But i want to be the best informed i can before i take the trip.
So thats really why i am here look forward to talking to you all.
