Woke up feeling like dick today, have bad seasonal allergies and take Zyrtec for it but today was just a bad day for them, and a flare up of acid reflux in my sleep fucked up my throats but felt much better after lifting

Did legs

Coach claims my body is very stubborn and has a thyroid issue but my thyroid is fine (blood work). He didn't even know I was on prop, just adding to my list of why I switch coaches.

So my gear now is 350mg Test prop
420mg tren ace
400mg mast p
40mg anavar
40mg winny
50mg proviron
And 20mg of nolvadex (only issue is I don't have this)
80mcg Clen 2/1

Diet is staying the same
Cardio has gone from 60mins to 65mins

Confused on why he wants to add nolva now

And also wants me to get a triazide diuretic, anyone know where I can get this

Also no refeed, claims I'm not lean enough and not necessary

That's what I was thinking, your test dose isn't that high and the mast does give you a small AI assist.

No I haven't, and I think it's more along the lines of bring the estrogen down no matter wat to help dry me out and get the last bit of fat gone

Day off from lifting get my deep tissue muscle therapy session in

Did 65 mins fasted cardio on the stairs

Surprisingly I feel a lot better doing 25 mg of asin, it might be a high dose but I've come to learn why we upping the dose and adding nolva and it's to rly drive all the estrogen down to harden and dry up

Also started working with a head judge who will be my posing coach twice a week for the next 5 weeks along with all the posing i already do
 
The hard work is really showing brotha. Keep your focus and head in this. You can totally do this.
