Was feeling Chest yesterday was a little off schedule

Incline bench 3x15,5x8
Flat bench 5x10
Decline cable fly 5x12
Seated cable fly squeezing 5x10
Floor DB presses 5x10
Wide chest dips 6x10
Dumbbell pull over 5x10

45 mins of cardio

Getting leaner day by day and weight hasn't moved more than a pound, responding to this gear amazingly. No sides either.

Coach says I need to be a lot leaner now to make sure we are optimal for growth when tren gets added. So expect some changes soon.

Well boys it's time to experience tren for the first time. Tomorrow I'll be pinning with test prop. All the reading I've done has said they found it to be smoother and not as rough when mixed with something

600mg NAC, 750mg Tudca, 1000mg Milk Thistle, multi vitamin

Evening on empty stomach:

600mg NAC, 750mg Tudca, 1000mg Milk Thistle, (30 min prior to meal 6)


Carb-cycling begins:
3 low carb days - 0 high carb days for now till I see fit.





Below are your low carb days, double the carb intake ONLY on the high carb day

Meal 1

1 cup egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 cup oats

Morning vitamins:
Vit C – 1g, 2 Solaray Milti mineral, 400 IU Vit E, 15mg Zinc, 100mg b Complex, 2000IU Vit D, CoQ10 – 200mg. Life Extension Curcumin 400mg (all found at gnc)

Meal 2

90g - Jasmine Rice cooked
6 oz white fish or chicken
75g – Green Vegetable (Optional)

Meal 3

90g - jasmine rice cooked
5oz - white fish or chicken
75g – Green Vegetable (Optional)

Meal 4 - pre train

120 - Jasmine Rice cooked
5oz – fish or chicken (preferably fish)
60g - avocado or 10g Mac nut oil or olive oil added post cooked
75g – Green Vegetable (Optional)

Intra workout Layout –

just bcaas

Post Training shake
none for now, right to meal 6

Meal 6

90g jasmine rice
6oz chicken or white fish
75g - green vegetable (optional)

Meal 7

shake:
2 scoops isolate of choice or casein
15g peanut butter
ice and water


Evening vitamins:

Good consistent pace here breaking and maintaining a sweat.

tren ace: 1 ml every other day

Anavar: 40mg daily 20am/20pre workout

proviron:25mg before bed

Pump was out of this world today could be a placebo but I'd say this tren is superb ;)

Throwing a little curveball into my training today, supposed to be cardio only but gonna do some abs, calves, and forearms

Abs 4 rounds of AMRAP
Leg raises
30second planks
Decline bench reverse leg raises
Bicycle

CALVES
Seated calf raises 5x20
Standing calf raises 5x20

Forearms
Reverse curls EZ bar 4x10
Finger rolling barbell 4x10

And for my AAS to. Get it in a little faster than it already kicks in
I did 1mltren 1.5ml Test prop Friday

Then Saturday and today .5ml tren .75 ml test prop, and now will be following an EOD schedule

I'm waking up leaner and harder, this tren is no joke, my pumps have been insane and it's only been 2 days. Acetate ester is very fast acting, only sides I've had so far was waking up to burning heat

One thing I am going to try today is taking 1 primatene (12.5mg ephedrine) before I workout today to help with the cardio wind I get from this tren. I am not using Clen or ECA to help cut fat but more of a bronchodilator to help with breathing

Update Coach does not like midsection for 10 weeks out
Will be starting ECA tomorrow at 25mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine, split for twice a day 12.5/100 x2

Yaa I have, as long as I start low I feel fine, gonna be doing 2 days on 1 day off, worst side I got was constipation, because it activates your sympathetic nervous system, digestion takes a hit

Thanks man I'm putting in 110% everyday, by the end of cardio and lifting I'm on the floor. I always start at 20mcg. I just hope I'm ready in 9.5 weeks. Coach and I are looking to get me into super conditioning to grow after this, but smashing this show is our number 1 priority. Because after this we're gonna grow to 190 and do he Arnold amateur next year

Took today off, had my weekly muscle therapy massage , scar tissue removal and myofascial release session. Man is my body torn up today

Gonna be doing fasted abs every morning with my Clen and coffee lmao

Pinned my delts for the first time in a while and actually wasn't that bad but only did 1.25 ml (.5ml tren .75ml test prop)

Gonna try some insulin backloading and gonna start shooting ED because soon masteron is gonna be in my cycle

Feeling a lot tighter, been using Vasoburn on stubborn fat areas and honestly it burns like hell but I can see a difference

Can't wait to lift tomorrow tho lmao, posing practice Thursday night, will post some pics soon, still weighing 160 which I'm happy about at 66.9in , caliper body fat at 7% last week
