Well A. It's so smooth, so lean too. And B. It's probably one compound I've been dying to try but was so hesitant cuz of bunk gear but then I found GP and well now we're here lmao 15 weeks of 450mg test E is gonna be 700mg my blast doesn't start for two weeks tho just doing a little right now

Going to be pinning 1.5ml primo MWF and 1.5ml test E MF, reason I did my primo like that is so I don't have to use two syringes and pin back to back because I only have 3ml ones

Today's shoulders will post workout later. Check in with coach is Wednesday but we are getting leaner slowly just how we planned

cable shoulder laterals (cable in front of body)

Took yesterday off

Did chest today, was a little off schedule but felt like I needed to hit it twice this week

Pec dec 5x20 low weight focus on squeezing and
activation
* Flat barbell bench 3x10 warm up, 3xAMRAP heavy,
3x20 lower weight
* Incline dumbbell fly's 3x10, 3xAMRAP heavy
* Hammer strength incline press 5x15
* Dumbbell pullovers 5x10 slow and controlled
* cross body cable for inner chest 5x12
*Lateral raises 5x20 20 second rest (feeder workout to get some blood in the delts because they lack)

As far as AAS, feeling harder and fuller. Pumps have been insane. And libido is through the roof lmao gotta love GP

What changes are you expecting? Diet? Routine?

Oh and yes the GP gear is on point for sure. The wife taps out after a while, she may need to up her dose, LOLZ.

Routine is prolly gonna stay similar to what I've been posting until about 6 weeks out cuz we're really trying to pack on some muscle

The change is probably going to be very small, maybe 5 more mins of cardio. He said there is no rush on my changes. I think we found the sweet spot with my white and red meat so I don't expect any diet changes.

Laying arm raises (rear delt) 5x10

Also wanted to ask primo users, wat were some things they noticed first, I've been on 450 for two weeks and look a lot harder and feel a lot denser but not sure if that's from the test or primo. Maybe to early to tell but I also respond nicely to AAS

Vit C – 1g, 2 Solaray Milti mineral, 400 IU Vit E, 15mg Zinc, 100mg b Complex, 2000IU Vit D, CoQ10 – 200mg. Life Extension Curcumin 400mg (all found at gnc)

Meal 2

140g - Jasmine Rice cooked
6 oz white fish or chicken
75g – Green Vegetable (Optional)

Meal 3

Meal 4 - pre train

200 - Jasmine Rice cooked
5oz – fish or chicken (preferably fish)
60g - avocado or 10g Mac nut oil or olive oil added post cooked

Intra workout Layout –

Post Training shake

50g - cyclic Dextrins
100g - Banana
1.5scoop - Whey Isolate

Also wanted to bring up a maybe issue I'm having possibly prostate. Having a little dribble after using the bathroom, no other symptoms with bathroom or hair

I'm using 25mg asin eod 750mg test e and 450mg Primo e

Gonna pick up some saw palmetto.

Yaa I finally stopped being lazy and started cooking them. Just talked to coach and after today's pics he's going to have me carb cycling should have the diet in a day or two. Says midsection needs to be a lot leaner before we get on tren and start growing.

Also linked up with a massage therapist and we're going to be working every week for an hour with adjustments and opening me up more.

I'm seeing some good thickening in the lower lat insertions, size is coming in well. Time to sculpt the rhomboids and tie ins.
