Incline seated curls 5x15 w/ 10 sec hold at the
bottom after 15th rep ( flex tricep and stretch bicep)
* Hammer curls dropset (5 drops) 10 reps each
* Tricep extensions v- bar 5x20, 3xAMRAP heavy
* Straight bar curls 3x10, 3xAMRAP heavy
*tricep extensions ropes 5x15 moderate, 5x15 light
weight,slow reps
* leg lifts on flat bench 5x20 superset---> seated
suitcases 5x20
*hanging leg lifts 5xAMRAP
Having a cheat today also then legs tmrw
