Morning after cheat down a lb holding water but defiantly tightened up

In my mind I look better two days after a cheat once the water retention goes from it

I try to make my cheats high carbs and low fat to reload glycogen supplies. I find if I eat a lot of fat and salt does make be bloat.

I was bloated as hell yesterday but, as the day is going by I'm tightening up nicely and it almost seems like that last bit of fat on my lower central abs is smaller than it was yday

Feeling good, getting tighter and drier daily, lower stomach still needs to go a little bit more but have 19 more days so we'll let the magic happen come 15 days out

Looking good sir.

If I may offer a bit of critique, you can tell me fuck off to that's fine, on your side chest. Might try pulling that front shoulder up.

It looks like you're lowering it a bit, very common, and in turn is taking away from delt width from the side.

The judges might be below you but, it's stretching it out by dropping it.
