This is going to be the official picture thread for the New Years Contest.

Please no posts besides your picture submission and info.

Contest starts tomorrow and will run 12 weeks.

Will be broken down into age brackets depending on submissions.

What to post -

Stats
Goal
Cycle (if you wish)
Training Layout (if you wish)

Pictures need to be full body. You have to have a paper with the code "NY17 (Your screen name)" -

Front relaxed
Rear Relaxed
Both Sides relaxed
Most Muscular
Rear Double Biceps

Will select one winner in each age bracket and then one overall winner.

Age: 31 Stats: 5'11", 243.9lbs (this morning) Goal: Cut! Cycle: 200mg Cyp/wk. (no cycles til lean) Training: 3 lifting days, 3 cardios/wk. Push/Pull/Legs Diet: 2400 cal/day (starting), 50/40/10% protein/carbs/fat Pictures fuck... I let myself go. Gotta bust ass the next 12+ weeks.

Gotta get back on track. Put alot of fluff on while cruising. I have an actual cruise in March so Time to get back on point

Diet: Starting at 2100 cals per day

Meal 1: 6 farm fresh eggs, 3/4c oats

Meal 2: 12oz cooked chicken, 1/2c basmati rice

Meal 3: 12oz cooked chicken, 1c cooked sweet potato

Meal 4: Post w/o shake, 50g whey isolate

Meal 5: 1c 2% Cottage cheese, 1/2 large can tuna

If you looking to document start a log. Following rules has nothing to do with winning its in place for reasons. Unless u live in a world without a camera lens on ur phone I don't see how taking pics with ur username is so difficult smh

Cycle: test/npp/tren kickstart with adrol for 4 weeks finish with winny for 4 weeks

Using 300mg test E , 300mg NPP (first 4 weeks) , 300mg tren A (last 4weeks)

Goal is to Recomp , been natty for a while now.

Drop BF and add muscle to my legs. Torn ACL on both knees makes it a lil hard to squat.

BodyFat is around 18% i think..

To lose 5-8% bf
On my second cycle. Just doing 500mg of test e a week and 600mg of eq a week.
Eating around 2000 cals a day. 120-150g of carbs, 200-220g of protein and 55-60g of fat.
 
Let's kill it guys!

How did everyones first week go?
