Do you think his dosage is high? Those are baby numbers...but that's just me. If it was me, I'd run them together for 8-10wks. I really like anavar and tbol together during a cutting phase. I'd think winny and tbol together would be fine.Your liver is gonna be pretty angry with 12 weeks of orals. Do you want to put on size or lean out? You can stay lean and put on size if your diet is truly on point. I'd personally say drop the winny and up your NPP so you don't stagnate in your gains. You really need to provide more info though for us to give you decent info though. Like height/weight, current body fat, diet macros, etc.
Also know that the 19 nors will shit you down really hard and recovery is harder. Good choice with NPP over deca though. I also suggest eod shots for the NPP
I think running orals for 12 weeks is hard on the liver, not the dosages at all. I guess it's a matter of perspective. I'd rather not have to take meds for my liver...I know a guy that's gonna end up needing a liver transplant because he ran orals constantly. They really can do a lot of damage over time. I'm also not s fan of winny for putting on size. Kills my joints and effects my training too much. I'd run higher NPP for the last 6 weeks instead.5'10" 215 15-17%bf. Looking to keep diet between 3000-3500 cal/day. 60g fat 350g carb 400g protein.
I'm just looking to put on some decent mass but can't afford to put on additional bf.
Lift 6 days a week. Each body part every 4 days

Cardio was only 2-3 times per week for 30 mins. I'm going to up it to 4-5 for 45 minsDamn, looks pretty goodpharmerbob1980. Are you doing any cardio? If you see yourself adding fat just add cardio or pull some of the carbohydrates out toward the end of the day. This would be much easier to monitor if you were leaner, but it is what it is and you have your goals and starting point.
This would all be easier if you cut that body fat percentage down, though.
I am not a fan of the 12 weeks of orals, either, but I doubt you are going to poison your liver.
