What's everyone's thoughts and or opinions and why. Do you cut carbs when attempting to lean out, what macros do you shoot for and what's your goto for cycle and why?

Drastic cut = no carbs first month then small carb up meal once a week.
I never track macros... dont have to if I am eating real food like steak, eggs, chicken, etc.

Maintenance = no carbs during the day. Small amounts at night.... mostly vegetables.

I never cut carbs. Cutting carbs, cuts workout intensity. Easiest way for me, is to cut fat instead. But I never stay in a deficit for very long. I've been leaning out eating more food lately than I ever have.

Learn to carb cycle.

I've had great success increasing protein while staying in nearly a carb deficit.

Carbs on training days around WO, low carb (veg) on non-training days.

I have always had great success keeping carbs below 50-75g / day. 1-2 cheat meals per week. For me a cheat meal is not going hog wild eating everything in site either. Now I PL, and am not doing high rep / high set workouts so the extra carbs for me are not needed.

I usually stick right around 100 net carbs daily seeing as I train or do cardio 7 days a week but that's starting to take it's toll on me
