    Free help and advice for the newer members of the communty

    What's up guys. Many of you that know me or have interacted with Me know I enjoy helping people reach their goals. I am now teamed up with gorilla pharm and I wanted to make a thread for any member, new or old to get cycle or training help. Gp is a very strong team with lots of knowledge. We at gorilla pharm know how it can be preparing for your first cycle we were all new once. So please if you have any questions, want advice on what compound or compounds to run, cycle length, training tips, pct help, anything , feel free to pm me or post it here. Recently , while reaching out and offering my services to help the newer members of the community. I discovered many members are plain uncomfortable asking questions on the open forum. so I encourage anyone that has questions that dosent want to post it on the open forum please feel free to pm me or anyone of the reps here.

    Thanks, I just started this thread yesterday, I am now finished with PCT and going to stay off for a while for recovery per protocol and am trying to get my next run ready to go so any tips, tweaks, suggestions would be very much appreciated, so if you could drop in there or quote me here that would be cool too, thanks again.

    What's up big rich, appreciate the thread, I wanna talk about clen, could you share your experiences with it and how you feel it's best utilized, I haven't tried it yet. I'm aware of the benefits as far as pre contest or cutting goes but how do you feel about using it while in an offseason mode trying to add muscle, would it be helpful in minimizing body fat gain or would it be more counterproductive while in a caloric surplus

    Ok bro I've only utilized clen once did the 2 week on 2 off protocol. During the 2 weeks off I utilized the eca stack. I ramped up to 100mcg then ramped down. I was not a fan. Hopefully heavy will chime in and answer yiur question. Clen is not a compound I reccomend to others. the jitters were so bad the sides were not tolerable.

    Did that happen even at a lower dose for you guys?
    Yes heavy I'd like to hear your experience as well, especially since you like to get fat and then get totally shredded

    Yea even at 40mcg jitters were there at 100 they were very intense I was afraid to write at work as supervision would think I was on drugs lol. The negatives outweigh the positives with this compound which is the reason why I do not rwccomend this compound. I've seen many people complain about heart related sides and I feel it is pointless to use clen except for competition use. For the average gym rat proper diet with cardio will provide the same if not better results. Count macros and incorporate a fee hiit cardio sessions a week.

    I don't really use Clen other than a few runs to experiment with it. 60 mcg's daily was plenty for me. I prefer coffee =)
