What's with this new fad where chicks are showing titties in see through clothes. I like it but it's kind of odd that they're all doing it now. Are they in public like that?

I think sometimes it's just the filter on the camera. I remember a few years ago Sony pulled some lenses off the market as they were seeing through clothes in certain lighting conditions.
