I've read a number of threads on the board and finally got around to registering so I can post a few responses and ask some questions.

As of now, I'm 6'2" 329 lbs. Goal is to get to 225-230.

This is not my first time around the block on weight loss, been an issue my whole life and constantly the up and downs, so now trying to find a way to stick with it for life.
