Oh....206 today. weight is rolling off at warp speed now. Honestly this was easier than i expected.

Woke up starving after changing my shirt and ate a can of tuna in oil. So ill tack on another 150 to yesterdays call. Haven't been hungry at night so that was different.

Anyway im pretty much at goal weight. Couple of lbs more i guess.

Now its just a matter of hardening.The winny will do that up once i start.

Ill be starting my EP winny tomorrow @ 30 mgs and then will bump to 50. Starting lowish to assess sides (if any)

SFW I noticed on your chest day you only do flat bench. No incline work? Not that you need it, your upper chest is ridiculous.

And no flyes either?


Incline sometimes. If you look back to previous posts, ive done it frequently. Very rarely do i do flyes. Its usually flat, incline and dips.

I have an adjustable bench, so i need to remove all the weight off the cradle first and then re-adjust, load back up, etc. If i happen to go the gym i can do a greater variation. But at home, i keep it simple.

Little update.

I might as well get some pics up before that winny kicks in. It feels nice to be able to increase my cals now and enjoy myself. Strength seems to be immediately responding to the extra cals too.

I got 5-6 weeks left and im gonna put my all into it. Its all about memories, right? Maybe this is my last summer that ill be able to train, who knows? Could break my spine tomorrow and never touch a weight again. Life is funny like that.

Gonna stay @ 30 mgs winny for a couple of days and then bump.

Rest. Between the chest, quad and bicep DOMS i was experiencing, i decided to skip training and take in more cals. Glad i did.

Cals: 5450. Rare cheeseburgers, marinara ziti, peanut butter, Honey bran muffins, whole milk. To name a few.

: Im capping it off at 2200 today to counter yesterdays cheat. I kept carbs under 75. and Ill fast until the morning.

Yesterdays cheat day paid off. I moved solid numbers around. It Felt good to bring the beast back for a day. Sleeping a bit more soundly without the clen. Not by much though. Still changing shirts 2 x a night though.

Quick summary of this week with the addition of winny:

Winny is starting to really show itself. My strength is creeping up daily without additional calories. Ive kept cals @ or below 3k the entire week. Im pinning 100 tren/100 mast and 1 amp induject eod. I feel no need to go above that with the results ive seen so far.

*Put up 300 x 2 on incline bench last sesh. not spectacular by any means but thats something i havent been able to do since my 215-220+ days, last winter. 80 rep bodyweight dip-sets to finish up a solid chest day, which is unheard of for me. Calisthenics are a major part of my routine at this point.

*Deadlifting 400 x 10 again. Which is nice at my not big status of 202 lbs. Dare i say..The strongest ive been at this weight? I believe so.

*Strict 225 x 5 standing mil press is nice too. Again, i have not seen those numbers since the winter when i was quite heavier.

Squatting isnt so phenom though. Keeping it @ 400 for 8-10. Or 315 x 20. No need for me to go heavier at this point until i increase cals and change compounds. Not gonna risk it with winny.

This Winny is no joke @ 50 mgs. Really felt compelled to share some numbers. The addition is really pulling everything together for me. Minimal joint issues as well. Just slight elbow pain after tricep days. Ill live i think lol

I have to admit im pretty happy with how things are going as far as how i look and strength wise. Ive lowered my letrozole a bit as well. i feel the winny is keeping my chest very aesthetic looking with good definition. Between that and the mast, its keeping any estrogen related sides at bay obviously.


Ill get some pics up by the weekend of course. Current weight is 202. Probably wont be doing anymore cardio. I really dont need to get leaner.

How are you? Good i hope. Ive missed you all. Trensomnia awakened me...so i figured ill update while i dry myself off.



Well, I gained some weight last week. In Just a day or so of "Normal" eating, i hit 213. I blame everyone but me for that. Probably because i reduced my letro, lowered my t3, stopped using clen and maybe i surround myself with enablers. or, maybe i rack a disciprine.

In any event, i reduced cals and managed to get back down to my current weight of 202-203. I can see my penis again at this weight which is cool. (and flaccid)

Im Sticking with 2500-2750 cals for now w/Aprox 2 weeks of winny left. After my little trip to the keys around that time, ill likely let myself go and consume everything in sight. But ill make sure i enjoy miami first before i balloon up. I Cant be a fatfuck until the end of Jew-Lie. (july)

So until then, im gonna keep the cals low, the gears high and the ancils reved up. I need to look small and malnourished because Milan weekly says that is whats popular this summer. And if i die, which i feel i will this summer, I would like my family and loved ones to at least say "yeah, he looks kinda lean" as they hover around my casket and discuss where they will go for lunch afterwards.
