    I would rather see that estradiol in range....I feel better. Blast some HCG 1500 iu e2d but you will need an AI....you will be better off, trust me. It always kick starts my interest.

    Sometimes I have a higher libido and better function when just running trt test. Beginning of blasts always seem good but a couple months later things get iffy.

    237.6lbs this AM. Today was my last shot of masteron. I'm going to continue on with 1 gram of test e weekly along with the gh and insulin. I'm going to give the masteron a couple weeks to clear and then begin taking exemestane to control e2. Thinking about starting it at 12.5mg/day and see how that goes.

    Tricep extensions (cable w/rope)
    5 sets with a rep range of 12-20

    Overhead tricep extensions (cable w/v-handle)
    4 sets with a rep range of 10-15

    Tricep pushdowns (cable w/cambered bar)

    Underhand tricep extensions (cable, one arm at a time)
