34 years old and started at 290 lbs of disgust. Currently at 240 and still dropping. Just started hitting the gym again in January and already seeing an amazing change. Used to hate working out in high school, loving it now. Thanks for the rules.

Thank you for listing the rules. i am brand new here and kept seeing replies to posts that instructed them to read the rules. It made me hesitant to post but now i got it.
 
Ya I'm stressing on what I can ask. I'm new and don't know the rules. I'm lost been trying to purchase items but having trouble.
