Well its about that time...

Log will be 18 weeks of 750mg Test Cyp, 900mg of Equipoise and 75-100mg of injectable anadrol pre workout. I dont plan on front loading and am possible looking to add tren a @ 50mg a day for 6 weeks tail end. (To be determined)

I will try to keep this as detailed as possible. Original goal was to lean bulk to 250. As of right now, I've been eating way more and have actually lost weight. I was about 225 a month ago and I am down to 210. I have leaned out quite a bit. I have been cruising on 250mg of test e for awhile now. So as it stands, Ill probably try to recomp. Especially with the high intensity, high volume workouts.

My training has become stale again and I am looking to mix it up. I have been training in a Crossfit gym 2x a week as well for the past month...:thinking::hmm:

Caloric goals will be around 5000 - 6000 a day. I will be eating relatively clean. (This means no chicken strips, french fries, ice cream, chocolate, soda, booze, etc..)

Super high carbs on heavy training days. Little to none on off days (.... will just see how my body feels)

I honestly dont know how long I could keep this current training schedule up. I will try it for a month straight and see how my body feels. I imagine pretty run down with the amount of work I do, lack of sleep I get and training time in the gym.

I am open for any suggestions.

fuck wirh the adrol timing. I was surprised when I noted that an hour an half preworkout worked better then half an hour. I think lots of fellas think preworkout and bang it back after 15 min before they go. I Say try an hour pwo and adjust from there

I think you're right. I did that with the injectable dbol. Almost two hours before. Holy shit the pumps were unreal. Normally I do 30-40 mins and they don't kick in for a bit

So much this. I want it digested and flowing through me by the time i hit a warmup set. Not hitting peak 3/4 through a workout. Even with something like dbol with a very short half life, that doesn't start the second you pop it.

Ill pre load a syringe tonight and pin it when I wake up to piss an hour before I get up to get ready for the gym tomorrow.

Did back today and doing light leg work tomorrow. Rest Sunday... Monday begins new split.

I know you're set on the training but I would drop the crossfit days and just rest. Maybe, some lite cardio but that's it.

I also suggest a protein shake during the workout or gatorade with aminos.

I definitely have to remind myself to rest...

I have a friend of mine coaching me in C&J and my snatch lifts. Nothing too crazy. Just form, technique etc. Thanks man and thanks for the routine idea. I'm excited. More pics, updates, stuff to come Monday when I report first workout. Until then... My late night work snack..

Due to the large amount of oil I'll be using, I experimented with the lats today. Used a 5/8 25ga in the left lat and pinned 1cc of anadrol flawlessly. Absolutely no pip. I will also explore the VG tomorrow. Believe it or not, I've only ever used delts, glutes and quads with no problems.

Tomorrow will be an off day. Today I did a light shoulder workout and ran 4 miles.

Excited to get this going!

Did 1cc in each pec, 1cc in lat... Because I could this morning. Had 1 cup of jasmine rice and half a chicken breast about two hours ago. Chugging some water and about to be on my way for first official workout of new routine.

Workout was pretty good. I haven't done deads and BB squat in the same day since I can remember. I'm pretty fried right now.

The pump was a lot better today. Pinned the anadrol a couple hours before. Veins were poppin out hardcore from my neck down through my delt, bicep and forearm during seated alt curls.

Felt pretty good today.

i love using my pecs and lats. i can hit my pecs every day with 1cc in a slin pin sometimes i'll even do 1cc on the inner side and 1cc on the outer portion and throw my GH in the middle in the morning.
 
I had some pancakes earlier. Going to let that hit the GI tract and get in me. Kinda feelin fuller already. Slammed a bunch of water as well.

My upper back is absolutely fried today. I hasn't done deads and that many pull-ups in a workout since.... I can't remember. I was going hard on the bent BB rows. Started with 225 x 10, then 245 x 8, 245 x 8, and 275 x 6 for my last set... strict form, no straps. (Though I had them secured on my wrist..)

Going to use 100mg of anadrol here shortly and hit the gym 1-2 hours after.

25ga 5/8 ... So far. Yeah the lat was smooth as hell, I was surprised I guess... Not sure why.. Though, the second time I did it I didn't use a mirror and while I pinned about .5cc I noticed an intense burning and I turned around and the needle was half way out... Buried it and finished it. Dumb but oh well.. I can't be losing any precious oils...
