I wish I had the money back on all the gear I have wasted over the years from having a bad diet. I even use to get sick of the posts saying diet diet diet. I never bought into it and I promise you that I never looked good. The past 6 months I have really focused on my diet and the changes are awesome in my eyes. It has become a habit to eat clean and I no longer fantasize about cheat meals. Even though I still have them. With that being said a nailed down diet you can drop the fat and hang on to most of your muscle with about anything. I think winny along with a low dose of test would be great if everything else is dialed in.
I would say just get your hormones in order and go from there. Diet is key as so many have already offered. Personally, I just dropped 3% on my TRT+ where I diale in and ran about a 500 kcal deficit. I was on 100 mg/w scripted Test C and 150 mg/w Primo. My test level on blood work was 1200 but you can assume some of that was primo interferace. I felt great and leaned out and 90% of the progress was diet. The anabolic base probably allowed me to hold muscle and at my age that helps.
Another thing, since you are coming off some pretty heavy androgens you can expect a lull in your feeling of well being since your androgen circuits have been operating under those conditions. I'd say normalize on 200-300 mg/w of test and go from there. I have no idea how kean you are b ut the leaner I get the less aromatization I have so with a good diet limited in carbs and garbage water retention can be mostly avoided.
As you dip down into the mid to low teens BF% a dry oral would make things pop and give that hyperemic look (steroid pump) with some drying that would make a pretty nice cosmetic effect. Winstrol is crazy for this but it's rough on the body.
I third it. ECA and Clen done properly and separately in short cycles(even 2 weeks) can do some major changes. I usually raise my supplemental Isolate protein intake .25-.5 while lowering my carbs. It seems that Clen helps with holding my muscle with the added protein(even on low cals).
