I started out with the very small, doctor-recommended dose of 0.5 cc, or 500 mg, per week, which caused my blood pressure to go up and my weight to jump about eight pounds, a lot on a 140-pound frame. I learned from this informative site that those reactions are quite normal, but that didn't make me any happier. So instead of quitting entirely, I cut that microdose in half, going down to a nanodose of 250 mg per week. My blood pressure went back to normal but the water weight remained until I popped 80 mg of Lasix and all the excess water drained away. I plan to take the Lasix once a week. I know that 250 mg of T won't do much for my physique, but it does have some positive effects, such as a boost in mood and motivation and, as I think some preacher said, "a stirring in the loins."
