I'm loving it so far. It is all working great. Strength is amazing. Fat is dropping while I'm gaining muscle. I'm starting to notice separation between muscles. For me that is big because I powerlift and don't focus on bodybuilding. I have been eating pretty clean. With only a couple higher calorie meals a week. After squats and deadlifts. I think you will definitely like it.
