Monday, Monday! Make sure to use back support for your shoulder day. I find even using a barbell smith machine or dumbbell exercises can help with staying injury free and use strict form. One exercises that has done a lot for front delt/lines : Standing straight “skinny bar or EZ curl bar for front laterals; besides the alternating dumbbell front raises. Trying to hit some Low back manual glute/ham raise (just to strengthen my abs/low back. Kick Ass Bullseye

Check out the Doctors Best - OptiMSM, 1g caps or powder(cheaper). I have been on that, Knox gelatin(protein);2g Circumin w Bioperine at minimum for 5+ years and still haven’t used any pain med(OTC) except a few days when broke my hand twice. The stuff works along with Little fermented food additions:
Kefir (fermented dairy:drinkable yogurt basically a live probiotics, plus it has like a 2
Month fridge life. (Organic Peach or Blueberry or Unflavored w fruit) and my frozen spinach bags (i smash on kitchen floor to break up) $1 for a whole bag. Kombucha/Sauerkraut/Fermented Black Bean Paste (good w Chinese Five spice Powder on meat and veg ). I am sure you have all kinds of inflammation. The supps/diet are great and it works! That is without adding Osteo Bi-Flex (which we all know works)
Even pain docs tell patients to take 1500mg/1200mg glucosamine/chondroiton(added msm)
Just a little update. I drank one of those Naked Green and Triple Berry drinks, so delicious but I always think it’s all fruit juice concentrates. (They supposedly juice it) IDK Though. Naked and Bolthouse Farms are the 2 brands I see.
Gonna start slow smoking BBQ for a nice change of pace: problem is....the lean Meats do not do so well and I am in super low fats...I could trade my 250carbs for 27g extra fat! Doesn’t seem fair! I’ll take the Carbs all day.
